


Using touch screen kiosks, each department can enter charges and services on a kiosk device that will automatically send the charges to the HelpCare+ billing module real-time. The Charge Collection Kiosk module eliminates the error prone paper based tracking and recording of such services as beauty shop, activities, gift shop, transportation, etc., and eliminates the manual data entry on the billing side. Reports can be generated to show all entered charges and services by user over any time period.
