The HelpCare+ Clinical Information module provides your organization with tools to customize the Electronic Health Record to your organization's needs. With HelpCare+ Custom Forms, you can eliminate paper assessments and forms by creating electronic versions. The Clinical Information module includes MDS, MDS reporting, physician order entry, care plans, progress notes, custom forms, custom reporting and more and is fully integrated with the Resident Information and Therapy modules.
