The Resident Information Module includes ADT (Demographics, Admissions, Census reporting) Billing, Accounts Receivable, Admission Fee Amortization, and Resident Fund Accounting and is seamlessly integrated with the General Ledger and Clinical/EHR module. Single point entry allows for multiple admissions and re-admissions with the same resident number, discharge and transfers, including admission to multiple programs with billing for both admissions simultaneously. It supports full electronic billing to all parties. It easily handles multiple changes of financial classes, changes in status and level of care.
