Software Support

If you are migrating from another system, we provide a full array of technical service to smooth your transition to HelpCare+.


We will completely install HelpCare+ on your server. HelpCare+ does not require any software to be installed on individual computers. For updates, we provide an “SOS Updater” icon on the server that will let you know if updates are available. If so, the updater will complete the update and alert you when finished. //SOS/Corporation takes the responsibility of helping to manage both our software system and its interaction with your operating system and network. Enhancements and regulatory changes are passed on without additional charges.


One of our trainers will train your staff on HelpCare+ via a live web session at your facility. There is no need to send your staff to remote training centers or to hire specialized consultants. A separate training database made up of your facility’s data safeguards your live data during both initial system configuration and new employee training.
